Grabber Moves In

After many delays and adjustments Grabber is now fully operational in our new office building and warehouse. Anyone who has moved personal items knows how much packing and organizing has to be done in order to be efficient. Moving an entire business to a new location, however, adds a whole new meaning to the concept...filled with excitement, disaster and a little stress. Do you have any good moving stories or disasters? We would love to hear about it!

Many of us worked long hours throughout the weekend as we teamed up with a local moving company to get the job done. Thanks to the effort of everyone at Grabber and Webmaster J, telephones, internet and email were all up and running Monday morning. We are still learning all the bells and whistles of the newly remodeled facility, as I am just trying to learn my way around the building!

We look forward to the increased production, efficiency and opportunities this building will provide for customers in the future. With nearly double the warehouse space, twice as many loading docks and increased office space (with room for growth), and recently aquired MPI products we look forward to the opportunity of serving our clients loyally.

Take Me Out To The Ball Game

For the Tigers, they may have been at an all-time high on Monday, when they began the season against Kansas City. Grabber Warmers was very excited to partner with Comerica Park and support our hometown team at the 2008 Opening Game. We packed the Warm Team truck to the ceiling with 35,000 pairs of Hand Warmers. Since the weather forecast predicted 50 degrees and overcast, we knew there would be a perfect opportunity to warm up the Detroit fans with a FREE pair of Grabber Hand Warmers! Grabber had a warmer station at all four Comerica Park entrances. We had an outstanding time giving away warmers to Tiger Fans. Check out the pictures!
