How to use Personal Heating Pads:
Simply open the outer package and expose the PHP to air. No shaking necessary. Remove protective backing. For best results, adhere to inside of clothing over area requiring relief. Do not apply adhesive side directly to skin. PHP is designed to warm gradually and reach average temperature in approximately 20 minutes. Warmth lasts for over 12 hours.
