Expedited orders (FedEx 2 day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight) placed before noon EST will be shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after noon EST will be shipped the next day. Holidays are treated as weekend days. Weekend delivery is not available except for FedEx Priority Overnight. Most other orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, in the order they were received. Orders are shipped from Dalton, Georgia. Please select the most appropriate service for your ship-to location. Please be aware most carriers do not consider Saturday or Sunday a travel day for shipments; if you place a 2nd Day order on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday.

Complete, unused and unopened shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
Partial or opened shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund minus a 10% restocking fee (customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
We cannot refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your online order. If an item was damaged defective or sent in error, the shipping charge will be credited back to the customer's credit card account.
Note: Defective merchandise will be tested upon receipt. Valid claims will be processed normally; invalid claims are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping costs will be charged to original card.
