We are proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders to the 48 states over $32 (pre-tax). Our primary carrier for free ground shipping is FedEx Ground. We may use United States Postal Service in some instances. Paying for UPS Ground rather than the free shipping insures that your shipment will ship via UPS and that your order will be considered as expedited as per below.
Please provide a physical street address for free shipping or any expedited delivery. Shipments to PO Boxes, military destinations, AK, HI, and PR will be sent via USPS and may be unavailable to track.
Expedited orders (UPS Ground, FedEx 2 day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight) placed before noon EST will be shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after noon EST will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after noon on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. Holidays are treated as weekend days. Weekend delivery is not available except for FedEx Priority Overnight. Most other orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days, in the order they were received. Orders are shipped from Dalton, Georgia. Please select the most appropriate service for your ship-to location. Please be aware most carriers do not consider Saturday or Sunday a travel day for shipments; if you place a 2nd Day order on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday and arrive the following Tuesday.

Complete, unused and unopened shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
Partial or opened shipments may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a pro-rated refund minus a 10% restocking fee (customer is responsible for all shipping charges).
We cannot refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part when shipping your online order. If an item was damaged defective or sent in error, the shipping charge will be credited back to the customer's credit card account.
Note: Defective merchandise will be tested upon receipt. Valid claims will be processed normally; invalid claims are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and shipping costs will be charged to original card.

At checkout you will choose between Priority Mail International (PMI) and Express Mail International (EMI). PMI usually takes between 6-10 days. EMI usually takes 3-4 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary significantly. EMI includes $100 of insurance. PMI shipments are not insured. All shipments are tracked when they leave our warehouse and many will be tracked to your door. Your PMI or EMI shipment leaves the United States through the United States Postal Service. It must then pass through your country's customs service and on to your postal service. We believe the postal services for the countries listed above are generally reliable but we can not guarantee their performance.
